1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the jitoto website accessible at https://jitoto.cam, including all associated web pages, mobile-optimized interfaces, APIs, and any other digital services operated by the Company.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jitoto Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by jitoto to Users, subject to specific bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process required by jitoto before a User may withdraw funds.
• "IDR / Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency supported by the Platform for all deposits, withdrawals, and wager settlements.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where accessing or using online betting services is expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the self-exclusion, deposit limit, session timer, and reality-check features available within each User Account.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the jitoto Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jitoto enforces a strict 21+ age restriction in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Users under 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction where online betting is expressly and explicitly prohibited by statute.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jitoto or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not already hold another active Account on the Platform. Each User is permitted only one Account.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order that you have previously requested through jitoto's Responsible Gaming Tools.

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria above are met and will continue to be met for the duration of your use of the Platform. jitoto bears no liability for losses suffered by any User who provides false eligibility information.

3. Account Registration

Account registration on jitoto requires the submission of accurate, current, and complete personal information. The following conditions govern all User Accounts:

• You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, current residential address, and a working Indonesian mobile number during registration.
• Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate Accounts will be closed without notice, and any balances associated with duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials linked to your Account.
• jitoto will treat all activity conducted through your Account credentials as authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify our customer service team immediately via live chat at [email protected].
• Account credentials may not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party under any circumstances.
• jitoto reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, jitoto requires all Users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Required documents typically include a government-issued national ID (KTP), a selfie photograph, and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a bank statement or e-wallet screenshot). KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jitoto are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) or supported e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation of receipt by our payment system. Bank transfer confirmations typically occur within 1–5 minutes during banking hours (WIB).
• jitoto does not accept deposits from third-party bank accounts or e-wallets not registered in the User's own name. Such deposits will be returned and the Account may be suspended.
• Deposited funds must not originate from criminal activity. jitoto cooperates with relevant authorities in cases of suspected money laundering.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. No maximum withdrawal limit is imposed on verified Accounts in good standing.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by our compliance team.
• jitoto targets a withdrawal processing time of 3–10 minutes for major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets during operational hours (WIB). Processing times during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high volume may extend to up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals requested before completion of KYC verification will be held pending document submission and approval.
• jitoto reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction, which may extend processing time.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full Bonus terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jitoto offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available exclusively to registered Users who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing with jitoto.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or turnover requirement). Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount for sports betting promotions and 25x the bonus amount for casino and slot promotions.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unmet requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household address, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate Accounts will result in permanent suspension.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and carry no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• jitoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a User.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on events with odds below 1.50 (decimal) for sports bets, or at a bet size exceeding 10% of the bonus value per single casino spin, may not contribute toward wagering requirement completion.
• jitoto may run seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Imlek. Each such promotion carries its own specific terms published at the time of launch.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the jitoto Platform across all product verticals — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and lottery markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. jitoto does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager except in cases where the Platform has published clearly erroneous odds due to a system error.
• jitoto reserves the right to void any wager that was accepted due to a palpable error in odds pricing. In such cases, the full stake amount will be returned to the User's Account balance.
• For sports betting markets — including football (bandar bola, Indonesia's term for football bookmaking), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports — settlement will be based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI, BWF).
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If any single selection is void, the odds for that selection will be reduced to 1.00 (evens) and the accumulator will continue with the remaining selections.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, official draw results as announced by the relevant draw operator constitute the sole basis for settlement. No disputes regarding draw results will be entertained after settlement has been processed.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability of reliable data feeds. jitoto reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time if data integrity cannot be confirmed.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day may apply and are communicated within each market's betting interface. Winnings exceeding published payout caps will be settled at the applicable cap, with the excess stake returned.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jitoto Platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access odds data, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating that compromises the integrity of a game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform for financial gain.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own legal name.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jitoto staff or other Users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent compliance check.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the jitoto Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jitoto or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified, or reverse-engineered without the express prior written consent of jitoto.
• The jitoto brand name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used in any third-party marketing, social media content, or commercial context without written authorization.
• Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to jitoto for display on the Platform only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jitoto's total liability to any User arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• jitoto is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, indirect loss, consequential loss, or punitive damages arising from Platform use.
• jitoto does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may occur, during which services may be temporarily unavailable.
• jitoto is not responsible for losses arising from User failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorized access where the User failed to enable two-factor authentication.
• Third-party payment providers (BCA, BRI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, etc.) operate independently. jitoto is not liable for delays or errors caused by third-party payment infrastructure.
• jitoto provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.

10. Privacy

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by jitoto is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• jitoto collects personal data including your name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, payment details, and betting history for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
• jitoto employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmission channels. Sensitive financial and personal data is stored in encrypted form on secured servers.

11. Responsible Gaming

jitoto is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. All Users are encouraged to engage with our Responsible Gaming Tools, which are freely available within every Account:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Timers & Reality Checks: Users may configure on-screen reminders at intervals of 30, 60, or 120 minutes to encourage awareness of time and money spent.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break may self-exclude for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off Period: A temporary cooling-off period of 1–7 days may be applied to an Account at the User's request, during which all betting activity is suspended.

12. Suspension & Termination

jitoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Detection of duplicate Accounts or shared Account usage.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring Account closure.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User's verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding amounts owed to jitoto. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited in full upon closure for breach.

Users may close their own Account at any time by contacting our customer service team. Voluntary closures will be processed within 24 hours, and any verified real-money balance will be returned within 5 business days.

13. Amendments

jitoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Users will be notified via the email address registered to their Account at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

14. Governing Law

jitoto is operated internationally and licensed offshore. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
